Separated from the Lounge by a huge wine rack, The Sunset Cafe feastures cozy booths and tables affording magnficant views of the sunsets and the Arkansas River.             Your evening might start off with selections from our Antipasto display of fresh cheeses, pates, salads, and olives. Our chef and his staff prepare nightly specialties, so that each visit to The Summit will be different from the next one. Of course, should you crave a favorite, just ask... we are here to please.
