Main Course

Piatto Freddo
Potted shrimp on crostini with celery & radish salad

Lamb
2 chops grilled with peperonatta, pecorino cheese and polenta.

Filet Mignon
6-ounce Prime with a peppercorn sauce.

Fish
Grilled swordfish with marinated artichokes, capers, anchovies and olive oil. Served with spaghettoni.

Cobb
Mixed greens, grilled shrimp, scallops, crab, shaved fennel and tomatoes with an orange tarragon vinaigrette.

From the Arctic
Char gravlax and a grapefruite and fennel salad.

Pork
Breaded pork cutlets topped with arugula and tomatoes in a lemon oilive oil. Service with fries.

Veal
Scaloppine prepared tableside. Sauteed with white wine, sage and pumpkin seeds. Served with pasta.

White Meat
Thin pounded breast of chicken on seasonal greens with tomatoes, mozzarella and a lemon vinaigrette.
