The Summit has four private dining rooms and four event spaces that can accommodate your special occasion. Select the room below for more details. The minimum party size for private rooms is 6 people.

*All private functions at The Summit must be hosted by a member in good standing. Reciprocity is accepted with clubs that have a current relationship with The Summit.

    • THE PINNACLE

      Located on the 31st floor, just off TH1RTYONE Kitchen, The Pinnacle is the perfect private room for a business meeting, family dinner or birthday party. The Pinnacle also has access to a terrace with beautiful views of Midtown Tulsa. This room is equipped with a flat screen HD TV, perfect for presentations or business meetings.
      Capacity: Up to 12 Guests.



      THE VISTA

      Located on the 32nd floor, to the northwest of the Penthouse Dining Room, The Vista Room is the perfect venue for a more intimate function. With breathtaking views to the north and west, it is the best place to watch an Oklahoma sunset.
      Capacity: Up to 12 Guests.


      THE WINE ROOM

      Located on the 32nd floor, to the northeast of the Penthouse Dining Room, The Wine Room is the most popular private room at the Summit. With spectacular views of Tulsa's downtown skyline, this is the perfect venue for a more intimate function.
      Capacity: Up to 12 Guests.



      THE CHARTER ROOM

      Located on the south side of 32nd floor, The Charter Room is the perfect private room for any occasion. Equipped with a flat screen HD TV, perfect for presentations and business meetings.
      Capacity: Up to 14 Guests.

    • THE BALLROOM

      As you enter onto the 30th floor, the eye is immediately drawn to the majestic view of downtown’s western edge, the curling Arkansas River and a bird’s-eye view of historic Tulsa architecture. The Ballroom is the perfect venue for most large parties and additional seating can be added by extending into the Governor's Suite and/or Boardroom. The Ballroom is equipped with three state-of-the art drop down projectors and audio system.

      THE GOVERNOR'S SUITE

      Located on the 30th floor to the north of the Ballroom, The Governor's Suite offers captivating views of the curling Arkansas River and northern views of downtown, Tulsa's central business district. The Governor's Suite is equipped with one drop down projector.

      THE BOARDROOM

       Located on the 30th floor, The Boardroom is the perfect room for a mid-size function. This room is equipped with a TV, perfect for presentations and business meetings.

      THE OVERLOOK

      Located on the 31st floor, just off TH1RTYONE Kitchen, The Overlook is perfect for mid-sized functions. This room is equipped with two drop down projectors, perfect for presentations and business meetings.
